This website project started one of those long winter evenings of 2006-07. I felt I needed to do something to challenge my brain, a form of mental exercise. I did not have a clue on how to go about starting up a website or what was HTML. So slowly, using Google Search to find the appropriate information, coding and tutorials, I started this site using Notepad as the code editor. Eventually I launched this site in early January of 2007. From January 2007 until September 2009 I made some changes and added some items. Then in October of 2009 I decided to completely revise the site and add le French language copy.
So I hope you enjoy the site. Feel free to contact me if you have any suggestions and/or corrections.
This site is better viewed using a standard 1024 x 768 screen resolution and high speed internet because of the many photos on certain pages.
